A playful mix of wild colours and shapes, W Hotel Sentosa Cove, Singapore has well portrayed the theme of high fashion and futuristic, yet luxury at the same time.
When I first stepped into the hotel, I had an adrenaline rush and was instantly captivated by its furnishing and the panorama view of their famous "WET pool" over the long stretch of French windows at the lobby.

1. Entertainment system
The 40'' LED TV is accompanied with BOSE sound system. This is definitely a ++ points. The speakers are mounted at the front top corners of the room. With the BOSE sound system, it feel as though you are in the club or in a cinema where the sound comes alive.

There are 4 types of mood lightings you can play with: Hello, Runaway, Escape and Flirt. Basically it plays between the light intensity and the colours: Orange and Purple. The picture below displays the Flirt lighting.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with rainforest shower and in-built sound system. The bath amenity set is specially packed by Bliss, made in Canada. The Bliss set even includes a facial wash.
I am totally impressed by the creativity and detailed attention paid into creating this cosy yet stylist room. The "Wonderful" experience could be better if the Whatever/Whenever service is more responsive and service-oriented. The evening turn-down service and pillow-menu is only available upon request.
W Hotel Singapore has the largest and coolest spa facilities I have ever seen. Beside the usual Steam and Sauna, there are so much more to offer. Soak yourself into the water, accompanied with light music and visual smoothing mood lighting. You will find yourself in total relax. Usage of the facilities in Away Spa is complimentary for W hotel room guests.
1. Vitality Pool/ Immerge
The larger one at the front is called the Vitality Pool. Sink into this 35 Degree Celsius and enjoy the bubbly water massage with a touch on the red button. You could also enjoy a heavy waterfall on your back at the side.
Behind the large pool is the Immerge. It is salted water bath complimented with light lavender scent.
2. Vichy Shower
Yes! A Vichy Shower! I don't see any other hotels having this. There are 4 types of water jetting mood to choose.
Shout out to those sun-tan and pool lovers, the Wet Pool is definitely a paradise for you. Enjoy a relaxing sunbathe surrounded with light music from the little speakers installed around the sun loungers. When you feel heated up, you can soak into the one of the largest outdoor resort pool and enjoy a bubbly water massage just in front of your sun lounger.
To add a little more fun, there are volleyballs, floaters and water guns in the pool. You can also enjoy a tipsy moment with your partner, soaking in the water along the Wet Bar.
Sentosa Cove is a high end residential area, at the eastern part of the Sentosa island. It is a good staycation choice for people who wish to see the different side of Singapore and to be away from the city.
For dining, there are restaurants at Quayside Isle, just in front of W Hotel. Cold Storage supermarket is just within the vicinity. You can borrow a bicycle for free to explore around the area. There are also complimentary shuttle bus services that takes you around the island and to VivoCity, Ion Orchard, and Marine Bay Financial Center.
